Steve spent twenty-one years
in the Air Force as a Special Operations Combat Controller. He served all over the globe in combat and humanitarian missions. His job was very physically demanding, so staying in top shape was a requirement not a luxury. Steve is now using the knowledge he gained through 21 years of military training to help you get in shape. Focusing on the idea of functional fitness over traditional cardio and weights. Steve has fine tuned his approach to help you spend less time working out and more time enjoying the benefits of being in shape.
Melody is a Certified Culinarian
with an A.A.S. in Culinary Arts with over 20 years of experience. She is a Chef and author of the blog The Melody of Cooking and co-founder of The Tactical Kitchen. After losing her father to Parkinson’s Disease and seeing others in her family suffer from the same symptoms, she set her focus on learning the effects of the food we eat on our overall health. Using her knowledge of nutrition, her experience in health coaching, and professional culinary training, she will show you how to have it all.
